Returns
Since all our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand), we do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by the customer
However, we do accept returns in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong item delivered
You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
No exchanges for size or preference issues.

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation is not possible as the product goes into production.
