Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days within India. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delays

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If delivery fails, re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
